The 2025 Ford Expedition is one of those vehicles that’s suitable for a wide range of purposes. Whether it’s daily driving, lengthy road trips, or recreational expeditions requiring heavy gear, this SUV can accompany you all the way.

Explore 4 Standout Qualities of the 2025 Ford Expedition

1. The Infotainment Features

The Expedition has a 13.2-inch center stack display that has smartphone compatibility. When you wirelessly connect your smartphone to the vehicle, you can use voice commands to answer your phone, make calls, and use many other features of your smartphone. The infotainment system is equipped with a Wi-Fi hotspot, and it has SiriusXM with 360L functionality, allowing you to listen to dozens of curated music and talk channels while driving.

2. The Towing and Cargo Capacities

The Expedition has up to 108.5 cubic feet of cargo space available. Expedition MAX has up to 123.1 cubic feet of room for your luggage. This is the amount of cargo space you get in each model with the rear rows folded down. With no rows folded down, you get 22.9 or 37.4 cubic feet of space. With the third row folded down on its own, you get 69.9 or 84.5 cubic feet of space to transport items in.

The multifunction split gate allows you to leave the bottom half of your tailgate open while closing the upper liftgate. This lets you fit some longer items into the cargo area. However, if something is too large or heavy for that, then you can tow it. With the regular Expedition, you can tow up to 6,000 pounds in 4×2 models and 9,600 pounds in 4×4 models. If you’ve got an MAX trim, then you can haul 6,300 pounds in 4×2 models and 9,000 pounds in 4×4 models.

3. The Driver Assistance Technology

Each Expedition trim comes with a version of Ford Co-Pilot360, which equips an excellent range of driver assistance features. The vehicle can warn you about head-on collisions, alert you if you’re leaving your lane by mistake, keep you aware of what’s happening in your blind spot, and automatically switch between your high and low beams. The blind spot information system also has cross-traffic alert, and the system works while you’re towing.

4. The Useful Extras

There are a few great features available that can be useful when you’re enjoying recreational activities. There’s an available cargo tailgate manager that lets you turn the tailgate area into a seat with a backrest, a shelf, or a table with a 35-pound weight capacity. Rear cargo area lighting is standard, and some models also let you equip 360-degree zone lighting that illuminates the roof rails, liftgate, headlamps, spoiler, and grille to light up the area.

There’s something for everyone in the Expedition, so come take it for a ride at Gray-Daniels Ford in Brandon, MS. We open for sales at 8:30 AM six days a week.
